But can it replace a professional lawyer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been testing AI, and here&#8217;s what I noticed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confuses legal terminology &#8212; one mistake and the meaning of the norm changes completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gives references to invalid legal acts &#8212; try to justify your position in court with an old law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mistakes in the analysis of articles &#8212; the answer looks confident, but the check shows that it is simply wrong; and even in this case sometimes ChatGPT guarantees that the answer is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always supports the user &#8212; ask ChatGPT if you are right and it will find an excuse for any situation. Even psychologists don&#8217;t do that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ChatGPT is a tool, not a lawyer. And if you are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open a business in another jurisdiction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivering goods and dealing with international contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing for litigation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Want to competently draft or review contracts and other documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Putting your fate in the hands of an AI is very risky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lawyer is not just a person who reads laws.
